Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on BackpackPeek for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BackpackPeek
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

5. Premium Subscriptions

Billing and Payment

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BackpackPeek and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BackpackPeek. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Affiliate Links

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall BackpackPeek, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
